Top Ten CCR's U Should Know!

Covenants

1.  Architectural Review Board (ARB) approval is required for most activities involving improvements or additions.  a building, fence, wall, swimming pool, tennis court, screen enclosure, sewer, drain, disposal system, decorative building, landscape device or object are some examples where (ARB) approval is required.  - Page 19 Paragraph (8.1)

2.  Garbage cans, lawnmowers and simular equipment shall be kept in an enclosed structure or screened by adequate planting or fencing.  - Page 15 Paragraph (l) 

3.  No commercial vehicles, boats, campers, trailers, tagless or junk vehicles shall be allowed on any lot except within an enclosed garage.  - Page 15 Paragraph (n)

4.  Pets not on the owner's lot shall be restrained by chain, leash or other means of adequate physical control.  Owners are expressly responsible for cleaning up after their pet on the property of other owners and the common areas.  - Page 14 Paragraph (k)

5.  No weeds, underbrush or unsightly growths shall be permitted to grow or remain upon any lot.  - Page 16 Paragraph (v)

6.  No tree or shrub, the trunk of which exceeds two (2) inches in diameter at one foot above natural grade shall be cut down or otherwise destroyed without the prior express written consent of the (ARB). - Page 16 Paragraph (s)

7.  No artificial grass, plants, or other artificial vegetation shall be placed or maintained upon the exterior portion of any lot unless approved by the (ARB). - Page 16 Paragraph (t) 

8.  Clotheslines shall not be used nor permitted to be erected or placed on any lot.  - Page 15 Paragraph (l)

9.  No basketball goal shall be erected or allowed to remain within the right-of-way of any street located within Davis Trace.  - Page 15 Paragraph (o)

10.  Limitations on radio and television antennas.  - Page 15 Paragraph (m)
